amazing villa park visit!

friendly staff perfect location
The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble! the location was perfect, especially since i came to catch a game at villa park. free tea and coffee were definite bonuses!
My room faced some loud machinery. It made sleeping a little difficult!

Excellent Experience Near Villa Park

The staff were polite and cheerful! They readily provided extra pillows for my bed. The pub features Aston Villa memorabilia which I found lovely. The pub was super clean. I walked to Villa Park in just nine minutes.

The location was convenient. It was VERY close to the Aston stadium. The check-in process was quick. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The rooms felt quite dated. I noticed black spots on the silicone in the shower. The pillows weren't the BEST.

great villa park stay

quick key lovely staff hot water
i drove to the hotel after a long journey. sadie completed all of my checks and provided my key quickly. the staff here are lovely and always willing to help. the shower always had hot water and the staff tried their best to accommodate any requests i had.
the radiator could have been cleaned a little better, as there were some stains.

hot room constant noise
The staff were friendly, they made me feel welcome.
The room was hot, even though it was not a hot day. I could not open the window. Noise from outside continued all night. It never ended.

Solid choice near Villa Park!

accommodating staff early luggage hands-on owners
I find the staff very accommodating. They let me leave my luggage early when I arrived. This allowed me to tour Villa Park right away. Breakfast both mornings tasted great. The owners are quite hands-on, which I always like to see.
The music played loudly until 1 AM. Even with the TV on, the sound was distracting. If I had known this, I probably would not have booked here. Maybe information before arrival will help people. the pillows felt very flat.
